Besides the strong tasting and rough high quality black truffle and the lively, fragrant, and noble white truffle, Umbria offers a wide range of mid-season truffles, such as the Scorzone, a summer truffle with a unique aroma. Stars Concierge will accompany you in this sense awakening experience, to make you appreciate this famous mushroom that has been loved since the olden days, for its rich taste and intense fragrance.

• Private car and driver transfer to the town of Cascia
• Private car and driver transfer to Casale Urbani for lunch (we recommend the cooking class at the Accademia del Tartufo – see FURTHER OPTIONS)
• Private car and driver transfer to the suggestive city of Spoleto
• Late afternoon private car and driver transfer back to the Former Convent of the Madonna of Constantinople
• Dinner and overnight accommodation at the Former Convent of the Madonna of Constantinople

DAY 3

• Breakfast at the Former Convent of the Madonna of Constantinople
• Private car and driver transfer to Norcia
• Lunch in Norcia at Beccofino restaurant
• Afternoon private car and driver transfer to the town of Castelluccio di Norcia
